Can I book a massage “same day”?
Yes, we often have same day openings. Give us a call! First massage of the day starts at 10am and you can book a one-hour massage starting as late as 7:15pm.
What’s the difference between the two types of atmospheres, “private room” & “open room”?
If you choose a private room, your massage will be in an individual room. Undress to your comfort level and lie down under the sheet. Your therapist will knock before they enter and professionally drape you throughout your massage.
The open room massages are in an informal, common area. There are three tables in one room. You don’t need to undress and can remain fully clothed, or you can change into our open backed t-shirts and shorts provided in the restroom.
Where do I park?
We are located in the Burns Park neighborhood, between Argus Farm Stop and the Zen Buddhist Temple. Entrance to our parking lot is off Dewey Ave. The driveway is just past Toarmina’s Pizza. Please park in our marked spots. Free street parking is also available on Dewey Ave. and Wells St. with a 2-hour limit.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance, but we will be happy to print out a copy of your receipt(s) that you can submit to your insurance company if they provide reimbursement.
Is it best to schedule an appointment or walk-in?
Walk-ins are always welcome. However, calling ahead is always best to reserve your massage, but if you are out and about, drop in! Walk-ins are based off of therapist availability.
Do you offer home visits?
Yes, we offer full body table massage visits to your home as well as on-site workplace or event chair massage. Call to ask about pricing for home visits.
Can I get a massage if I recently had surgery?
Depending on the type of surgery and other factors, generally, our therapists cannot provide a massage until 2-6 weeks post-op. We may also require a doctor’s approval before we can book an appointment. Please call us to discuss in further detail.
Do you offer prenatal and massage for minors?
Yes, we do! Make sure to mention that when booking your appointment as we have certain therapists that work on minors and are skilled in prenatal.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, we require a minimum of 4 hours’ notice (24 hours for on-sites) to avoid any fees:
- 60 minute session or longer – $50 fee
- Couples massage (60 minutes or longer) – $100 fee
- Less than 60 minute session – 50% fee of session booked
- On-sites – 50% fee
- No Call/No Show – 100% fee of session booked
